Dad someone knew the right amount for each breed to stick down its throat to do the job. Wanita
Guest guest
Cows and " Hardware " Just a note cows don't eat metal for lack of minerals, they eat dirt for that. Cows swallow everything whole and then regurgitate it and chew it after it has been in the first stomach a while. That's how cows get metal known as " hardware " and so the magnets attract the metal to the sides of the magnets instead of the stomach walls which pokes holes in them. I knew a farmer who remodeled the interior of his barn and forgot to tell the carpenters to clean up after they were done including sweeping with a big magnet for nails and two weeks later had 3 dead cows. Guest guest
Thanks, Tim! Good to see you back here. Do you know if the cows just pick hardware up while feeding or they're attracted to the shine? Correction on the tobacco worming. Breed didn't determine amount. Species of livestock and size did.
