Let me know how much I owe you and I'll send you a check. Do you want to estimate the S/H charge or do you want to go ahead and mail it and send me the actual charges all together? That was so great of you to do that for me ! Thanks so much. M Target Good morning ladies. Now who wanted the Target Liquid Soap? I got it, but I lost the post. I think it was . Guest guest
OMG Terri!! I feel the same way! I just love Target!! The first one I went to was down south a few years ago. I've gone to Rochester a couple times just to go to Target and I just love it! Another thing they've got going for them is that everyone has walkie-talkie type things and you don't hear those very LOUD voices over the speaker telling employees to open at a register, customer needs help in the so and so department, etc. It seems they don't talk at a normal level, they yell! It's sooooo annoying! Only problem is that when they do finally open, it's going to be a mad house so I'll probably stay away for awhile although they'll probably have tons of specials, hummm, maybe I won't stay away!! Guest guest
Would you believe I've never been to a Target before? But, alas, we have one that's almost finished and due to open in October in Utica. So I won't be a Target " virgin " for long. (hehe) Re: Target ohhhhhh Target... Guest guest
from the Internet (Details) Merry Christmas from Target !! by Dick Forrey of the Vietnam Veterans Association Recently we asked the local TARGET store to be a proud sponsor of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall during our spring recognition event. We received the following reply from the local TARGET management: "Veterans do not meet our area of giving. We only donate to the arts, social action groups, gay & lesbian causes, and education." So I'm thinking, if the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall and veterans in general do not meet their donation criteria, then something is really wrong at this TARGET store. We were not asking for thousands of dollars, not even hundreds, just a small sponsorship for a memorial remembrance. As a follow-up, I e-mailed the TARGET U.S. corporate headquarters and their response was the same. That's their national policy. Then I looked into the company further. They will not allow the Marines to collect for 'Toys for Tots' at any of their stores. And during the recent Iraq deployment, they would not allow families of employees who were called up for active duty to continue their insurance coverage while they were on military service. Then as I dig further, TARGET is a French-owned corporation. Now, I'm thinking again. If TARGET can not support American Veterans, then why should I and my family support their stores by spending our hard earned American dollars and to have their profits sent to France. Without the American Vets, where would France be today? Feel free to pass this along to whomever you want. Sincerely, Dick Forrey Veterans helping Veterans Be good to yourself,LizSome day's you're the dog, and some days you're the hydrantAttitude determines altitude. - unknown
