Guest guest
Howdy Saint! The ONLY Reimbursments I have EVER heard of was by a Private Firm that had the Contract to sell Arkansas Convict Blood to Blood Banks in Canada! I guess Clinton found Unique ways to balance the State Budget when He was Gov down here! Even though testing for HepC was rather " Iffie " back then, the State and the Company knew that there was a Prob with a lot of the Blood They were pushing! Light Therapy??? That is a New One on Me! I have heard of Trials being done to Irradiate Blood of a lot of Pathogens, but I heard it has a nasty habit of killing off the Good Cells One would want in the Blood also. I'll check out a few Sites and if I get any Hits, I'll Post more on the Subject. Take Care!
