Howdy Saint!

The ONLY Reimbursments I have EVER heard of was by a Private Firm

that had the Contract to sell Arkansas Convict Blood to Blood Banks

in Canada! I guess Clinton found Unique ways to balance the State

Budget when He was Gov down here! Even though testing for HepC was

rather " Iffie " back then, the State and the Company knew that there

was a Prob with a lot of the Blood They were pushing!

Light Therapy??? That is a New One on Me! I have heard of Trials

being done to Irradiate Blood of a lot of Pathogens, but I heard it

has a nasty habit of killing off the Good Cells One would want in

the Blood also.

I'll check out a few Sites and if I get any Hits, I'll Post more on

the Subject.
