Guest guest
I'm in a bit of a bind here, so I'd really appreciate it if anyone can help me out. I placed an order last year for a whole pile of grass-fed lamb liver, and the order kept getting delayed until just now I heard that there won't be any lamb liver at all because of a worm problem. I also discovered that however clean it tastes, the bison liver from North Star seems to be contaminated with the same bugs that were present in greater quantities in their muscle meat. I think the raw liver was doing good things for my health, but I just can't stomach raw beef liver (and I tried!) so Grassland and other beef sources are out. Can anyone suggest a source of clean lamb or bison liver from exclusively grass-fed animals (ideally raised on excellent soil, of course) that would still have liver left at this late date? Many thanks, -
