Guest guest
hi everyone! ~one more ? about the fat carb thing then I'll leave it alone ...Toby posted the link on Ron Rosedale http://www.dfhi.com/interviews/rosedale.html ... from my understanding, he is saying in article that despite what we have been taught to believe, the bodies requirements for carbohydrates is actually ZERO. ~I posted earlier.... " I work out/weight train alot.... Rosedale is saying w/out carbs your body will run off fats? Toby was telling me about Stu Middleman ... how he broke the world record for the longest distance ran in the shortest time. ~He ran 1000 miles in 11 days!!! Apparently he had trained his body to run on fat !! I had only fat/protein yesterday and went to weight train and felt wasted Am I missing something here? " and someone told me that it will just take time hmmmm~ aren't carbs important to some extent or another? What about milk? Many people on this board drink raw milk and other dairy... lactose is a carbohydrate..... stays in large intestine long time and encourages good stuff (vitK, niacin etc.) and even moreso if fermented cultured so why no carb? still trying to figure this out :/ jen " And we have made of ourselves living cesspools, and driven doctors to invent names for our diseases.
