Guest guest Posted February 1, 2003 Report Share Posted February 1, 2003 i've been drinking kefir smoothies for 2 wks (after 1yr of clabber and 1mo of fil mjolk), and my tummy is not happy: it's gassy and bloated, and i have loose, stinky stool. i've been using approx 2C kefir. should i cut back to 1/8C and build up? if so, does anyone foresee any problem to mixing kefir and fil mjolk in my smoothie so that i can achieve 2C? tia-- allene in nc Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
