Guest guest
Hi Jen, I don't think the soy would contain phytates if it is sprouted, and the enzyme inhibitors I would *guess* are also pretty much gone, but the phyto-estrogens would certainly stick around. I use Shiloh Farms sprouted 7 Grain bread right now, and I stay away from Ezekiel just to not chance it with the soy, though if you're not sensitive I doubt it's a big deal. I'm going to write them a letter. I doubt Ezekiel used any soy in his bread. Chris ____ " What can one say of a soul, of a heart, filled with compassion? It is a heart which burns with love for every creature: for human beings, birds, and animals, for serpents and for demons. The thought of them and the sight of them make the tears of the saint flow. And this immense and intense compassion, which flows from the heart of the saints, makes them unable to bear the sight of the smallest, most insignificant wound in any creature. Thus they pray ceaselessly, with tears, even for animals, for enemies of the truth, and for those who do them wrong. Guest guest
EZEKIEL bread from Food for Life Baking Company. This is a sprout-based bread not a flour-based one. There are several flavors and varieties. These are the most nutritious breads made with lots of protein, vitamins and minerals. http://chetday.com/toptwenty.html I have been eating Ezekiel bread but stopped since among grains it listed soy Does it still have these phytates? Would this be an exception given it is sprouted? Does anyone on this list eat Ezekiel bread or do most not even eat grains period? curious jen " And we have made of ourselves living cesspools, and driven doctors to invent names for our diseases.
