water7bug -- Arrow has more good suggestions for testing diet, etc. Arrow's

edited email follows.

Arrow -- of course I have an agenda! I'm a moderator! My purpose here is to

focus the discussion on Immunics; Buddies Groups are the place to chat more

openly about diet and other specific concerns. Water7bug, why don't you join a

buddies group and get more detailed info there? Conditions, Moms, Anxiety, Calm

Clear Place ... all good!

Arrow's slightly shortened email:

Might have her adrenals checked. If she consumes a lot of sugar and/or

caffeine, stop those.

Oddly, but noticed over many years: Cheese gives me bad dreams.

So does valerian herb, though it's very popular.

Skullcap, on the other hand, is a nerve tonic and does NOT give me

nightmares.

....

Also, the cure team is here for you-- BUT your email was buried under that

of another person who had an entirely different agenda. I mention that here

by way of comment to our moderators.

Best wishes, and sweet dreams to us all,

Arrow
