When I was a kid, drinking a glass of milk before bed always gave me

nightmares. Wonder if it's dairy? NO, ice cream doesn't do that. LOL

About dreams.............a Immunics Buddies Dream

group has been started. I love working with my dreams

and others.

Deanya's advice was good.......nightmares are an

immune dysfunction. My little guy was having alot of

restless nights and yelling out. He even told me

about a bad dream he had. (this was a first) I

remove nightmares from him, before he falls to sleep.

He sleeps very peacefully since I did that.

There are lessons in the hub about dreams as well.

Hi , thanks for responding, Your son by chance, did he have these kind of

nightmares

http://healing.about.com/gi/dynamic/offsite.htm?site=http%3A%2F%2Fdreamemporium.\

com%2Fnight_terrors.html I found this last night, I asked if this came

close to what she was dealing with. She said it was pretty much, word for word.

I feel so sorry for her, more than I did before. I will look in the hub. When

I went to check on the dream group, there was only 4 people in it. But I

suppose it has to start somewere. I'll sign in.

So again thanks

Drinking milk before bed probably raised your seratonin levels.. and too high

seratonin levels leads to nightmares.
