It does contain yellow pea protein isolate and brown rice protein concentrate. Those ingredients might involve high temperatures in processing. And, the sprouted grain portion is " COLD-PASTEURIZED (not irradiated) " which probably means it has been zapped by an electron beam. It also contains lecithin and Vit E from soy.
