Got this from Dr. Byrnes' Newsletter--don't know if the butter is raw or not:

Healthy and happy New Year! As we move quickly into 2003 we would like to serve

you, your family and friends by providing " the best you have ever eaten " real

butter, cream, lamb and beef. We are a certified organic family farm located in

the green hills region of Missouri. We milk Jersey-cross cows and feed no soy

and only a small amount of corn or barley. Our cows are totally pasture raised

and spend all of their time on pasture except when in for milking. We skim the

milk and make the butter at the farm in small quantities that insures the

highest quality. In addition we offer totally pasture fed succulent lamb and

beef.

Our butter is $8/pound plus shipping or $6.50/pound plus shipping in quantities

of 40 pounds. Butter comes in one pound plastic tubs with lids and freezes well

for up to a year. Please contact us for lamb and beef pricing. We ship Fed-Ex on

Mondays. If we can provide any further information please feel free to contact

us at 660-244-5858 or ghharvest@.... Our goal is to provide the highest

quality, best tasting and healthiest food we can grow directly to families like

yours!

Sincerely,

Kerry & Barb Buchmayer

Green Hills Harvest
