Now do an Accelerator to see how doing all of this work has helped your progress: http://www.immunics.org/colleague/0lesson/0acc.htm love love! Deanya ----- Becky writes: Hello again, I was asked to post my original message on the cure drive, so I will post that an my current findings as well. Meredith, THANK YOU!!!!!!! - your suggestions nudged me to examine this just a bit further which woke me up even more! I tested numbers for each of my bodies ideal weight, current setpoint, and current weight. I tested the bodies out of order, wrote down the number and covered it up so I wouldn't bias the outcomes in any way. Then (being the scientist that I am) graphed the points. I couldn't believe it - the ideal weights graphed to an almost perfect sigmoid curve, which would be a straight line on a logarithmic scale. Then I graphed the set points. Another wild discovery. I had set points below, above, and very near the ideal points. However, the placement was not random. When I had a heavy set point or two, then would find 1-2 bodies near the ideal, followed by bodies set too light. The bodies were trying to compensate for each other's weight to achieve balance! Then I graphed the current weights. This was pretty expected after seeing the set points. Most of my actual weights followed the setpoints pretty closely except for the emotional body, which was REALLY heavy. I have had many negative occurrences and stressors in my life within the last year, so this is no shock to me. Time for an emotional overhaul (exercise? diet? - how does one do this???) The only body " behaving itself was the Astral body - ideal, set and current weights were identical. This is good - this is a " middle " body and I can use this to anchor from and correct the setpoints for the other bodies on the far ends (Celestial and Univeral Physical). All of my Universal bodies setpoints and current weights were under ideal. Maybe " feeding " those bodies with some nutrition from the noosphere will help. Here are the numbers I came up with. Ideal, then setpoint, then current weight. Celestial - 13, 13, 10 Gravitational - 23, 23, 27 Spiral - 25, 38, 48 (Maybe carrying extra DNA codes?) Etheric - 47, 64, 38 Astral - 53, 53, 53 Karmic - 78, 49, 58 Mental - 126, 153, 113 Emotional - 133, 173, 208 Physical - 169, 178, 196 Universal Mental - 187, 170, 174 Universal Emotional - 194, 180, 177 Univeral Physical - 196, 169, 163 This was an interesting finding - my physical weight has a WHOLE lot more to it than overeating and lack of exercise. I have been in Weight Watchers, which helps alot, but never seems to address the root of my problem. Now I am finally getting at that root! I will keep you posted when I find out more.
