Hi M, I have a question. Noticing that you have been in the fitness

industry and since I am new to NT perhaps you can help me. How can

I incorporate NT with fitness? I am still a bit skeptical about

beign able to lower my bodyfat percentage following it(not too low

however). I do notice that if I do cut my fat down to 30% or less I

don't feel very well. My mind still has that fear that I will gain

weight eating like that. If I am weight training can I still follow

NT or should I cut back on the fat a little more? Any feedback

would be appreciated. Thanks, Bella

I know this was not addressed to me but I thought I'd offer my two

cents. If you are speaking from a fitness/health perspective I

would say you absolutely can get the bf levels you are looking for

on NT. If you are eating a bunch of garbage along with a lot of fat

you will get fat no question. If you are training well and

following NT you should have no problem. Just two weeks of this

should be ample time to demonstrate. You may have to tailor NT to

fit you and your fitness needs though. Some folks need to limit

grains in order to cut down others need to moderate some fats.

Others it just doesn't matter.

Now if you are interested in bodybuilding and preping for a contest

there are a variety of unhealthy tricks and tactics that you might

use severely limiting your fat would likely need to be one of them

as you move closer to the competition. This has nothing to do with

fitness or health however just typical contest prep.
