I'm using this to treat a muscle strain, and lecithin seems to help for that purpose, which I'm getting from chicken eggs. For quick results with joints, I've been testing that getting the injection from the doctor will produce the fastest result. The movie (link below in an earlier e-mail) starts to go into that, and there are plenty of web pages about it. As somebody said previously in this discussion thread, test through web pages, and lift phrases from these e-mails to plug into Google to do web searchers.
