You'll notice we never really...well sometimes....answer peoples questions 

like this, because it's all about self discovery.

So you'd test the questions you are asking.

Like " What things will increase my mental capacity? " , etc.  Watch what comes to

your mind and then test if those are true statements.

Going to the hub and asking these questions will give you some answers as well,

in the form of clearing something from your bodies, or discovering something

about yourself.

Like for me, I discovered it's not what I know that is important, but how I

love.

is right on target.  But also, do not skimp on using our web tools and

tutorials to get really good at the basic skill of removing viruses and other

pathologies -- which, of course, block knowingness.
