I do this when I feel switched or at odds with myself or another person.

I say, " I forgive everyone for everything " .  Makes me feel good and I test

it unswitches me.

I've had some gastro issues and am working continually on getting to

the

source with immunic accessing. Today I tested for everything.. . is it a

pathology?.. . got no's to each. Allergies? no. Past life issue, no.

Emotional? no, pH, no, food combining, no. Named off various food

intolerances, ,, no. Finally stopped testing and listened. What I heard was

love.

Specifically unconditional love, which I assumed is what the gastro region is

lacking. Bodily attack thoughts came to mind, which made me think that my

thinking the body can attack me is getting in the way of my unconditional love

towards it. Love is huge, aye ?
