Guest guest
Well I've just completed another flush, and the result isn't what I had hoped to see. I was hoping to not see too many stones, at least not as many as my last cleanse sometime around March. That one, from what I can remember, didn't produce any which were any larger than maybe 4 mm. This one however did produce more and up to the 10 + mm range, although most were around 2 to 4 mm in size. I also had quite a bit of chaff too. This isn't really all that much a surprise as I haven't been maintaining as consistent of a diet as I would have liked. I'm try to keep to much more uncooked fruits and vegetables but still find I like them cooked too much. I have been able to keep from eating a lot of meats but have a very hard time keeping from my eggs with feta cheese and pancakes with butter. It's not an every day thing it's just that keeping the good stuff going in is a bit trying. I'm attempting something else too. I've just taken my Sputnik to see what results I get from that as I maintain a fast until tomorrow. I'm hoping the fact that I'm fasting doesn't have it move through too quickly but I'll be finding that out soon. It has around 100 hours of use, and the normal passage time is around 24 to 48 hours. I may be able to get more uses from it doing a fast and then taking it. But I'm not sure of that process because there isn't any literature regarding that process of use. Something that I've noticed about the Sputnik is that it wasn't hard to get down,,,, at all. It wasn't even comparable to the number of vitamins and caps that I take each day. It's been interesting so far in that I notice an occasional sensation. The one thing I notice is the sensation of a metallic taste in my mouth. I don't think it's all that bad a thing, just noticeable. DaleDa_@...
