Good one, Al! I agree whole-heartedly. Also, most people I know are

dysfunctional in this area. This is information that can't be passed on and

assimilated by logic alone. In fact, you can truly believe it is true, and

yet not follow through on it. You have to get it through actually doing it.

This is such an important concept to internalize, especially when you are

interested in teaching others. Kudos for putting it exactly right!
