My Uncle Saul, one of the founders of family therapy and someone who was a great

ally of the Cure Drive before it was in its present form, used to get critically

ill every October.  It happened to be the month that he witnessed his mother

commit suicide when he was a teenager, but it took him decades to make the

connection. If you test that there is a similar connection for you, see if

you've had codes for it in your DNA.

I am still losing weight. Starting weight (October 22, 2009)was 295

(Yikes!) Present weight 249. Total weight loss 46 pounds in 4 months (18 weeks

today). That is about 2.5 pounds a week, which equals 10 pounds a month. I just

finished checking and resetting my set points yet again.

It just struck me that October 22, 1969 was the day that my father died suddenly

of a hemorrhagic stroke. That is exactly 40 years to the day from the day I got

scared into doing something about this. He was only 59 years old. I was 24. It

was a burst cerebral aneurysm combined with high blood pressure that killed him.

I just tested to see whether I had any cerebral aneurysms. I guess you would

call that a precursor or a tendency.

This is something else to work on removing every day. I am going to the web

college to see what ideas I can find on curing that. Suggestions or other

guidance will be appreciated. Will keep you posted on what I find out in my

searches.

Love,

Meredith
