Do you know how to test?

When you read about or otherwise hear about substances to add or remove from

your diet, I would suggest testing each one to confirm whether you should take

or not take them. Test everything. For one thing, the point is to be in control

of your health - not to find someone else to be in control of it. So test about

nuts, supplements, foods, medications, life-style changes, etc. The more you

test, the easier it gets, and the more accurate you get.

Regarding the use of Xanax. That is only available by prescription. If a doctor

prescribes it for you do as you should with any prescription - learn all you can

about it. A pharmacist is a better source to learn about drugs than a doctor

because doctors mainly learn about drugs from drug reps (sales people).

Pharmacists know more details about how they work in the body.

A good place to learn about drugs is at http://www.worstpil ls.org/

That is a better place than fact sheets included with medications because it is

written in English, not medicalese, and it is independent (not paid for by

pharmaeutical companies.) Arm yourself with good information and then test

things like [Do I really need to take this drug? Will my body tolerate the drug?

Will I need to install or remove something in order to tolerate the drug. Is

this a safe drug? (You can think of more questions that apply to your own

needs.)]

Try this link about testing and follow the sub links at the page bottoms.
