installation & an accelerator

Hi, B -- I installed the will and discipline to work efficiently on my cleanup

project today and also the ability to connect the tasks with the end goals I

have in mind, which are 1) unburdening myself of all the stuff I've accumulated

over the years and creating the good feng shui all over my life as a result of

doing that, and 2) having my apartment empty, rented out, and producing income.

In other words I was trying to install a connectedness in myself with the

result, instead of getting bogged down in and discouraged by the cleanup process

itself and the amount of stuff I'm dealing with. It's been difficult for me

lately to be connected with the result.

Anyway, I successfully installed these things on the way to my apartment from

Jerry's, and I pretty much got right to work without distraction. Also on the

way over here I did my Accelerator. I asked what was different, and I noticed I

felt more energetic and strong as soon as I completed the installation (I was in

the elevator and my posture immediately straightened up).

I also asked if I could visualize any different behaviors as a result of the

installation, and the thing that come to my mind was eliminating negativity or

negative beingness - for example, I could see myself just removing the

discouraging or sad thoughts that have been coming up while I'm going through my

stuff and deciding what to get rid of. I could see not letting myself succumb to

them, and I saw it being easy. Now that I look back on today I can see that it

WAS a little different to do the work because the negative thoughts didn't come

up, except for some grief when I found an old handwritten message from at least

15 years ago that Jon Bindman (the love of my life who died) had called. But

the grief wasn't negative beingness this time.

I did get rid of a lot of stuff today and I also got back on track with one of

the projects I had abandoned a few months ago, namely transferring all my big

fat VHS videos to DVDs. I had forgotten how to do it with my equipment, but

today I just decided to get back to it and get it done, and once I started, I

was able to recall everything I needed to and I successfully resumed the process

and dumped about 9 videos. So that was another outcome or difference that I

think was due to the installation, because during the time I was installng

connectedness with the result, I was actually able to picture the actual

completion of this video project for the first time. It finally seemed real to

me.

Today Jerry said to me, " You'll get it done, " meaning the entire apartment, and

that was also something good that came about because of the installation. It was

nice to hear him say it in that easy, straightforward way he has of putting

things into perspective.
