Wow. What contrast you find in the way the e-mail in the Cure Drive

alternates. Such diversity.

As one theme, you have a nutcase, me, raving and boasting about how my

army of diligent and skilled warriors is going to wipe disease off the

face of the earth.

Meanwhile, this " Cure Drive " only has 2832 people. A paltry few,

considering that a halfway established herpes group on the web -- and

that's just a group for ONE DISEASE - has 2 or 3 times that many; and

those groups don't have the exciting " wipe disease off the earth "

theme to attract members. They only have the more boring " tell your

sad story and whine about how you hate having herpes " theme.

Then it alternates.

In contrast to my rantings, you have you guys writing about what

you've cured, at the rate, hopefully, of at least 2 or 3 of yours to

one of mine. Then you have the lessons and instructions that come

from our ministry, and new lessons and discoveries from you as well.

If these e-mails were only me, the nut, talking about how I'm going to

save the world, you could skip it. Heck, I'd drop off the list myself.

But all of us taken together might actually be able to pull this off.

Let's put it this way: if I talk to God and cure my herpes, I'm nuts;

if 10 of us do it, we're a religion. In case you were wondering how

we got to be a religion, that's how. And if 10 million of us do it -

well, at that point nobody will be worrying about who's nuts anymore,

because nothing will be able to stop the eradication of disease.

Happy curing!

The World Sweeper
