Guest guest
Today is Friday. Last Wednesday, to my shock and horror, I tested that my heart is missing from my gravitational body. This did not make me happy! I tested what to do about it and was even more shocked to receive the answer, " stand on your head. " Seriously. Literally. I had been reading last week in Yoga Journal about how to do headstands. I figured then that if I were really good about practicing (which I knew I never would be) I could do one in about ten years. So, when I got this message, I went into my bedroom where there's a stretch of open wall, removed all my fears and also my beliefs that I am too old and too fat to do any such thing, and installed the ability to do a headstand. In three tries I was standing on my hand against the wall. Practicing about five to ten times every couple of hours, by the afternoon I was standing on my head against the bed. The next day I was standing on my head in the middle of the room. Now, I guess this doesn't qualify as getting rid of a full-blown flu, or curing cancer, but wow! I also test that my heart is now happily back in my gravitational body. And I can't remember the last time I've had so much fun. I've even enjoyed falling over. Now I'm joyfully removing all kinds of beliefs I have about things I can't do. Talk about liberating! Still, not as fun as standing on my head. Big grins,
