Guest guest
I went to a class on yoga for menopause a few years ago and the teacher said that the single best position for menopause was inversion. She offered a different substitute for those not able to do a full inversion. You lie on the floor with your rear end up against a wall with your legs vertical and supported by the wall. It has brings blood from the legs down into the brain and torso, especially good for liver. I also have low blood pressure, so this is an excellent exercize for me, but I hadnt thought of doing it for a while. Thanks for reminding me and thanks for the great idea of doing immunics while inverted. Beverly H.
