Water Filter Recommendations Needed

My husband and I are building a new house and we would like to put in an

under-the-sink water filtration system -mainly for drinking and cooking.

We were going to go with RO but the recent posts I've read here indicate RO may

not be the best way. Maybe if someone would re-post the healthy water links (I

deleted that message before I realized what it was.)

Thanks for any help.

By way of introduction I've been a fan of Sally Fallon since I attended one of

her lectures in 1999. I'm slowly turning NT. I do have one question

though...what is the SAD diet?

I'm so ignorant...

Hi

I've been researching water filters, and I think I have found

the best one. It is the Wellness Filter. It is

recommended by Dr. Cousens, director of the Tree of Life

Rejuvenation Center http://www.treeoflife.nu , as well as

Clement, director of the

Hippocrates Health Institute

http://www.hippocratesinst.com/history.html . These are the two best

health retreats in the U.S. . The filter only costs 4.9 cents per

gallon, according to Cousens. This is because it lasts for

over 20 years and doesn't need replacing. The book " How We Heal " by

on http://www.d-w-m.com discusses the aspects of

healthy water. He recommends using the Grander Penergizer with

drinking water, http://www.grander.com .

Dr. Cousens has written many great books on health,

healing, and nutrition. He is one of my favorite authors. I just read

one of his books " Tachyon Energy: A New Paradigm in Healing "

http://www.planet-tachyon.com , in this book he recommends using the

Tachyon water cell with drinking water.

This is the " Standard American Diet " , which means a diet high in

health destroying foods such as Mcs, junk food snacks, soda

pops, refined sugar, refined white flour products, white rice, canned

foods, and foods containing the killer fat " partially hydrogenated

oil " , among other things.

Here is more info on Tachyon. These pictures were taken with a

Kirlian camera:

here's the lowdown on water purification.

If you look long and hard enough you will be convinced beyond any

shadow of a doubt that you should, I mean shouldn't, no I mean

should, no I mean shouldn't Oh I'm so confused....

Point is there is a great case against RO and I assure you there is

just as good a case FOR RO. Realize you are dealing with an

imperfect solution to a real problem. Toxic water. Fact of the

matter is your best solution would be to have water that didn't need

purification coming out of your tap. Good luck.

So essentially one must pick their poison. REALLY clean water which

is ONLY achieved via RO. Or MOSTLY clean water with minerals in tact.

You essentially can't have both. All filtered water will leave

fluoride and other assorted goodies behind to varying degrees. RO

will not. The issue of no minerals in the water is an issue no

doubt however there is no filtration that will clean up the water as

well.

We have made the choice to use the RO system from Radiant Life and

have been very happy with it. I'd rather have clean water that I

can ammend either directly with supplemental minerals or indirectly

through diet as opposed to having to deal with the biologic stress

created by fluoride and the like. I do not claim to be an expert on

this matter just one who is clear that filtration or RO is simply a

choice between two imperfect solutions. In my opinion the RO is the

better choice.

For what its worth,
