Guest guest
I keep seeing people installing things they're supposed to be doing. Later, they wonder why they didn't hold the " installation, " and are behaving in the same old way. The rule of thumb is: install things that can't be done. Do things that can be done. So, as far as your DNA codes go, these are things that have to be worked with via removal and installation. There's an application of Skill 1 about this: http://www.wayimmune.org/colleague/0lesson/0dna.htm But if it's something you choose to do, or not do, " installing " it is just a copout, and even though you test yes, you installed it, you may not have any more tendency, or ability, to do it than you did before. Like forgiveness. Just actually see if you can forgive, and then test, " Have I forgiven? " And keep at it till you do it -- and test that you did. And if you're really determined to, that should only take a few minutes, no matter what they've done to you.
