Check your shields, and keep them strong all weekend

Hello. I am new in this group, and I am not sure if I even belong here. I have

complex post traumatic disorder and it has affected my life for so long, I just

want to find a way to cure it so that I can progress from it because it is

ruining my life and causing added negativity. I looked at the positive posts

that you contribute, and feel that if anyone can help me, this group can,

however, I am not familiar with groups and would like guidance on how to do this

right. I feel that if I don't seek to help myself then I will only continue in

the downward spiral that I feel I have been on since my victimization first

began. Please can you tell me if I am in the right group, and instruct me on

what I should be doing? Thank you so much, I appreciate your feedback...Irene

Test that you still have all your necessary immunological shields installed. If

not, take a moment to re-install them.

And test that you haven't brought back any destructive shields.

If they have, remove them again.

Remember, the more you remove it, the less time it will take for it to stay away

for good.
