I had eaten late (hot chili no less) and taken a couple vitamin pills shortly before bed. I got up, ate half an apple --- which helped for a while --- but the " burn " came back in 15 minutes. Remembered immunics, did that, and in less than a minute, reflux was gone and I was asleep again! Woke up maybe half an hour later and had to repeat --- in less than a minute it was gone, this time for GOOD!
