I was watching a lecture about this and drew some parallels between MBCT and

what we do with immunics

I'm sure most of us have had experience with meditation. Maybe like me doing

immunic actions become a meditation. I sometimes go deep into meditation when I

am asking and removing and installing. I do a lot of visualization when doing

these things. I see my 12 bodies and they do cute things when I remove or

install things. They dance when I bring them to full function. If they need

something removed, they look sad. when it is removed, they sparkle and tinkle.

This meditation has helped me greatly in removing and installing things. I just

sort of fell into the habit of meditating while doing immunics. I can check

bodies more easily in this state of consciousness and be more playful in working

with them. This is certainly more fun than just drudging around trying to test

things. If I test things while visualizing my 12 bodies, they often react to my

testing. Like " Do I need to eat ________? " and my celestial body reacts in

horror. So I know not to eat that. It is as effective as getting a finger

wiggle, because these bodies have developed such personalities over the years. A

walking meditation is especially fun this way, although many people may think

you are nuts walking around the neighborhood talking to all these imaginary

friends. Mine already think I am crazy anyhow, so it's no broblem. I know

everyone does things their own way and get good results, but if anyone is not

having much result, this is a good way to become friends with your bodies.

Just a thought for fun. (And this IS supposed to be fun, isn't it???

Love,

Meredith
