Needing a Positive Anything!

I feel like I have been run over by a train. I am a working wife and

mother of two, I also go to school. It seems as if everything is

falling apart these days. My dog is sick, I was rear-ended by a jerk

who is lying to his insurance company so they won't pay my claim. I

just can't get out of this slump. My house in in total chaos and I

don't seem to have time to clean and take care of the kids and finish

school and go to work and have some kind of extra minute for myself.

What are some resources I could use to pick myself up?
