It's not so important in the beginning to now exactly what we are removing. Just

do it and notice what is different. Access about what is different. In fact,

What does " incipient catastrophy " mean. When you say " coming at me, " do you

mean that you are asking a question about the future? Or that I (one) is doing

something in the present that is causing a build up of a negative consequence?
