Welcome again Carol. As for CMT fatigue, having tried just about

everything, what helps me most if needed is a nap. In high school my

fatigue was helped with Ritalin; in college my fatigue was helped by

coffee. It took some years on my own and awayy from doctors to realize I

needed to pace myself in my activities and this was mostly trial and

error, and alot of error. But now everything works out for the best.

As for vitamins, look back to some of last week's posts - we were

talking about vitamins. I swear by my 1000 IU of Vit. E.

As for treatment - well a new day has dawned in the CMT world with the

successful human trials of NT-3 for nerve regeneration. I'm certain

other trials will begin soon.

Other than that, I benefit from aquatic exercise 3X a week plus some

biking, weather pending.
