Bikes and vitamins

Hi y'all,

Bikes are great, I rode like a mad man as a kid and

still do, only way for me to get a really good aerobic

workout. Funny how balance on my feet can be so bad

but while sitting on my butt its ok!

Vitamins? CoQ10, " E " at 1000 mg, Folic acid, " B "

complex, watch the B-6!
