Guest guest
Hi today is moving day for us from Alaska to Missouri. I will be off just a little bit until I get a local account set up. We are so thrilled and blessed to be moving. We plan to get married tentatively Jan 18. I will have health insurance then by summer. Hooray as that has been hard. We are all excited to be going to the country and to be getting a new family. We are sad though to leave all our friends and life here. But we will have daylight again and no snow at least for a while. You can reach me temporarily at christianladydh@... Debra A. Guest guest
Hey girl, don’t bet on that ‘NO Snow’…we just melted out from 9 inches of snow and ice…lasted about a week…it was an early one though. The last few days we had a warm spell, up to 60 degrees, then tornadic storms this morning. Tell me again where you are going to be settling. I hope your move goes smoothly and I also hope you enjoy the country as much as I do. In the beginning, you will get a lot of laughs at our ways but in a short time, you’ll find yourself fitting right in…love…judy. Hi today is moving day for us from Alaska to Missouri. Guest guest
Sending good thoughts your way, Liz. Just wish you didn't have to " settle " but I understand that sometimes you do what you feel you have to do in the best interest of everyone in the family. MUCH GOOD LUCK to . Our work is cut out for us to create community living options for all in Illinois. Ellen Ellen Garber Bronfeld egskb@... Moving Day This coming Monday, is moving day for my son, . He's looking forward to it (don't think that he realizes yet he'll be living there, even though we've told him.) He's moving into an ICF-DD about 7.9 miles from us. It's a 16 bed " home " , but doesn't feel homey. Felt we had to take it, as there was an opening, it was close to home & we couldn't get him into a 6 bed home. (couldn't bring ourselves to " kicking him out " , just so he could get in.) I'm finally hoping to have more questions answered at his moving in meeting, as we'll be face to face with everyone, instead of playing phone tag. Could use some good thoughts as makes this transition.... Thanks, Liz
