Keely,

I tried again and got 2111 nameable defeats that I need to identify right now. I

tested around some more and got that my defeatist attitude is not what I needed

to identify, rather I needed to name things that I had tried to do and failed

at. I made a list of 16 things and removed those. It was kind of interesting

thinking back over my life and thinking about what things I had actually tried

to accomplish and failed to do. I listed some things that I failed at for a long

time but eventually suceeded at like quitting smoking. Some of the other things

were ill advised to try and doomed to failure. My biggest defeat is failing to

regain my health.

Did you click on both links? One takes you to " How many? " -- you'll see that

you get a total number, then you ask, " How many do I need to know about? "

Meaning how many do you need to identify? Often it's a small number. Things

clear in batches.

Do more browsing and general reading on the site. Go to Tips & Pointers on

the Hub. Listen to more talks. There could be some pitfalls when you just do

lesson after lesson. Test for yourselves around the Hub to see where you need

to go. Let yourself be guided -- don't follow any preconceived answers.

Thanks for sharing your discoveries.

1) Did you keep re-testing the numbers as the lesson tells you to do?

and

2) Did you keep removing till you tested you had no more defeats? Sounds like

you might be naming but not removing them.

If not, do these.

Beverly, that is awesome accessing! I would say that you are going to be well

on your way to your cures with that kind of questioning.

Stamina, perseverance, determination. If people apply what you're doing to

whatever they're curing, they will win. Thanks again for sharing it.

Keely,

Yes, I did remove the 16 defeats that I had found and I accessed that I had

experienced some of them many times, so I figured that I would be at least

wittling away some of my 2111 defeats. I didnt retest the number then because I

was getting that I had removed all defeats. This morning I tested again and got

2032.

I just went through my list and removed them all again. Then I found 2 more to

add to the list and remove from me. The defeats that I am naming fall into 3

main categories - dealing with my addictions, relationships with other people

and life events.

Ok, just tested again and got 1932. Looks like I just need to keep whittling.
