Guest guest
If you did the very latest version of the 2-Step Startup you now have printouts of all the lists in the " print out " area of the hub. http://www.immunics.org/colleague/hub.htm#essential%20toolkit But have you used them to create a personal list? And if so, where is the list? It's OK for the list to be in your head, but for some of us -- when we start out -- it might be better if you actually make a personal list which you print out. Once you get used to working with it, you can probably dispense with a hard copy personal list and just keep it in your head. It may change every day, so it's probably a good idea dispense with the printouts at some point and do it from memory. When I first cured my herpes you better believe that herpes -- checking for herpes -- was at the top of my personal list. After a few months went by without me finding any herpes anymore, herpes came off the list. http://www.immunics.org/00open/contents/the_cure_show.htm#herpes It's probably best to only have a few things on the list. I know that a lot of us can't do a lot of immunics every day. Or at least we think we can't. But if you take your immunic actions by the hour, and keep reminding yourself, or using these e-mail to remind you, or create some other reminder system, and you just take a moment to do the one or two things from your personal list that feel most likely to bring you do your best level of immunity, and cause you to make your best choices about how to spend your time you'll do just fine. JUST TAKE IT A MOMENT AT A TIME, AN ACTION AT A TIME, A CHOICE AT A TIME. And use it to get in touch with your love and compassion, so that you always give nurturing and support. And that's what you'll get back. And if awful stuff is coming at you move away from it rather than towards it. And give back immunity.
