Guest guest
Beverly, We often say " don't quit the day job. " This is a great example of how immunics blends well with every type of healing modality. Thanks for sharing! Love, Susie I recently started back in therapy with a therapist who does hypnosis and EMDR. Last week in our Immunics buddy group we read a page that suggested using Immunics with your therapist so when she suggested an experiment combining Immunics and EMDR I agreed right away. I did some basic Immunics removals while she tapped on my knees alternately. I removed fear, anxiety and anger from all my bodies. I did resentment next but could not get it out of all my bodies, so I removed resentment from each body. Then I did grief, depression and trauma from all bodies. Having my knees tapped while doing Immunics removals seemed to make the Immunics experience more intense and I felt pretty wiped out after doing it. She is going to give me a cd next time that gives you tones in alternate ears to try listening to while I do Immunics. Earlier in the session I had told her that I had tested that my resistance to doing Immunics is mostly about not wanting to let go of my anger and resentment, so it was interesting that I needed to removed resentment from each body individually. Normally when I remove the emotional stuff, I can do it from all bodies at once. EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. Here's the web site for it http://www.emdr.com/ It's used in the treatment of trauma and I believe that my previous experiences with hypnosis, EMDR and Holographic repatterning are what made it easier for me to immediately connect with Immunics.
