Guest guest
During the holidays, people in first world countries produce a kind of artificial malnutrition in themselves by overeating, and overeating sweets. More importantly, when people are immune they carry with them a sense of self-satisfaction, and don't tend to do that. The calm clear place produces its own sense of fulfillment. People look for their enjoyment to the people they're spending the holidays with, rather than to food. People who are immune tend to eat what's good for them -- that's why their weight almost always tends to normalize in the first year or two, all other things being equal.
