i would also add that the increased consumption of sugary treats during this

time of year has an adverse affect on body pH and immune response.

Co-factors -- some factors that cause us to be susceptible to the flu:

1. Lowered immunological response due to other infections, such as HIV

2. Malnutrition (this can occur even with overeating)

3. Physical exhaustion and/or emotional stress, often caused by

caretaking

4. Susceptibility in DNA codes

5. Other pathologies, such as opportunistic infection

Some lessons that are relevant to curing flu:

Other than addressing flu specifically by removing it from each body,

the main action is the Basic All-Body Pathology Removal:

During the holidays, people in first world countries produce a kind of

artificial malnutrition in themselves by overeating, and overeating

sweets.

More importantly, when people are immune they carry with them a sense

of self-satisfaction, and don't tend to do that. The calm clear place

produces its own sense of fulfillment. People look for their

enjoyment to the people they're spending the holidays with, rather

than to food. People who are immune tend to eat what's good for them

-- that's why their weight almost always tends to normalize in the

first year or two, all other things being equal.
