Welcome to . I am sure you will find our " CMT family " very upbeat and

informative. It is incredible the amount of good feedback I have received. You

will also find Gretchen's tireless gathering and posting of CMT current

happenings and research to be very helpful.

You will also discover that although we are all drawn together by our common

disease, we find that what may work for one person to alleviate a specific

symptom, may not work for another.

For example, I find the combination of Neurontin and Amitriptyline to be

effective in reducing the pain in my finger tips and toes, as well as reducing

the burning sensation on the top of my feet. Others may not.

However, what is important is that we " post " our experiences!
