Dr Bharat Gajjar will moderate the discussion on the new topic " Selection of topic for dissertation and research " and since we are running 2 days behind the schedule,I request him to moderate till 12th Jan 2006. Over to Dr Bharat Gajjar, the specialist in research methodology, a jovial personality and caring teacher whom I had the privilege of meeting at Jaipur as recently as Dec 2006 during IPS conference.
