Guest guest
Don't feel bad! I am 18 years old and I have to deal with the same things. When all of my friends are out playing basketball (my favorite thing) I am on the sidelines. I see the other side of the page, I am a girl and a girl will over look the CP and see the real you. So don't let chondromalacia get you down, keep a good attitude and a smile (when possible).
Guest guest
I know how it feels. I'm 22 and have been dealing with this since I was 19. It's been much worse lately and it's hard for me to do much of anything that I used to be able to do. The worst part is that when my friends all go out to clubs I can't go because standing and dancing for too long causes me to have severe pain and swelling in my knee. But you just have to try not to feel bad. I know sometimes you just have to feel bad or frustrated but just don't let yourself feel like that all the time. Whenever I think about it, that's when I get upset so I just try to keep my mind off of my knee and just try to have fun! So you just can't let it get you down! Guest guest
I've had CLL for 22 years. I can assure you my attitude is anything but positive. Jay Neubauer Positive attitude And here I thought that my positive attitude has kept me going for 19 years (dx 4 nov 1984). What else can it be? My vote still go to positive attitude, maybe the French are different :-) ?!? in this regard. (for you who do not get cll research the report originated in France- and I am not anti-French, some very good research has come out of France, eg. CHOP) Heinz
Guest guest
How do you create a positive attitude? 1. Change the way you see things. 2. Change your thoughts from negative to positive 3. Force yourself to look for the best in people 4. Push yourself to find opportunities instead of focusing on limitations 5. Say positive things and encourage yourself and others 6. Keep doing this until your mind and subconscious mind get used to the process – then it become automatic 7. Never give-up. Don't accept defeat, anything is possible NOW IS THE TIME TO TURN THINGS AROUND. Aseem Kaistha It's your attitude and not your aptitude that determines your altitude.
