A pivotal moment in my life

This happened about six months ago at Costco:

I was looking into a bin of cantaloupes. They were $3.99. The woman

passing by told me that I could get the same cantaloupes a dollar

cheaper at Winn-Dixie. In return, I pointed to the immunics patch on

my shirt. I said, " I've got one for you. Learn this. No flu. "

From her facial expression, I saw she thought I was trying to sell her

something.

I said, " It's free. You learn it from a movie on the Web. Go to this

address, and start the movie. You won't get the flu, or if you do get

it you'll be able to cure it. "

She broke into a grin. I guess I wiped the idea away that I was

trying to sell her something. She realized I was reciprocating for

the cantaloupe thing.

As she was walking away I said to her, " by the way, I got these same

cantaloupes for seventy five cents last Thursday at the Plant City

Farmer's Market. "
