Guest guest Posted April 2, 2007 Report Share Posted April 2, 2007 I would like to encourage some friends to start taking some of the herbal suggestions here for their high blood pressure. Many people are leery of leaving their allopathic remedies for herbal. For some strange reason, they still trust their doctors like they are gods. Could they take some of these herbs WHILE they are still taking their prescription drugs to wean them off the synthetic garbage? One friend, in particular, is suffering insomnia, lightheadedness and depression, I suspect, from her blood-pressure meds. Thanks in advance for any answers to my concerns.
