working those past lives

Last night I was working on past lives from something that came up

the night before in regards my father. I removed and installed and

asked if this feeling I had was from a past life. I have had this

all my life and could never figure out where it came from in re: my

Dad. Went back to the life I accessed and it was pretty messy and

filled with the exact emotions I had always felt in regards my

father. Kept testing and asking if there was more. To make the

long story short, and I am looking for validation in that this

sounds familiar to anyone else: I found my entire family and I have

been together too many times to count. We have been playing the

same and/or similar dances with each other for aeons. The session

culminated in me forgiving them and asking for their forgiveness

from my results bodies. I didn't test to do this it just came to me

to be the thing to do. One of those 'ah ha' moments. Then I

realized that whatever I am projecting onto someone that seems to

have been being projected forever was because we had this sort of

connection. The connection being they did this to me and I to them

and they to me...etc. The smaller dance that I thought we all went

through is actually a millenial dance that keeps on happening until

someone of us gets off the wheel and stops it, forgives it and then

we can move on from there. I also realized that we've all been the

victim and the victimizer and that is what keeps going on and on and

on. To end with is this a good way to clear ourselves? Too be

aware of the relationship we have with another and look for this to

have been happening in our other lives together...to remove what

comes up and the forgive?

Would love to know the practicality and your current truth of this.
