I guess I have some digging through my stuff to find some pictures of me that I haven't destroyed. I have been doing great with my weight and have not been binging, not even thinking about it. The vending machine at work is no longer on a first name basis with me. I am continually using the list to remove and install things I need, along with removing yeast from all my bodies. I have also been working at scheduling in my exercise routines and have seen some open windows and used them!
