Guest guest
Welcome Elaine L and thank you for the introduction. I hope the orthotics help your daughter's feet. I have been wearing mine for about 10 years or so and they are wonderful. Mine are also custom made especially for MY feet. I did have surgery as a child, but that was to correct rolling of the left foot to the left and the right foot rolling to the left. It worked and have not needed additional surgeries, now, just simple orthotics. I wear New Balance shoes; perhaps you might want to look at shoes from dressease.com for " pretty shoes " - last time I looked not alot of styles, but you do have choices. The shoes from this company also can accommodate orthotics. It might be a good idea to check in with a neurologist. If new treatments or research is done, you'll want to know - maybe be involved. Although I last saw a neurologist 2 years ago, myself. My Internist can handle what I need at this point. I hope you will find beneficial. Take a look through our 'links' section when you have some time and perhaps participate in our current poll - in the 'polls' section. ~ Gretchen
