" This is the complete knowledge of what needs to be done, coupled with the willingness and patience to wait and to be there -- present -- at the exact right moment when what is needed can be done, and then do it. So presence is a quiet waiting in the knowledge. This is what is meant when one says that Harmonics gets you to the 137th dimension, where you then sit and wait for instructions from God. But presence can be employed on any dimension. A great many 5th dimensional people try real hard to create this quality in themselves, with greater or lesser degrees of success. The statement is: - I am here 100%. Everyone in my vicinity clearly sees that. When you test yes, you've installed it. Proactions aren't affirmations -- when you've installed a proaction, you have a tendency toward acting that way. It describes you.
