My doc uses Dragon NaturallySpeaking Medical Solutions by Scansoft

(SSFT). He talks and the software fills in the insurance forms and

stores the info in my medical records-amazing. I haven't used the

standard version but have heard it works great. Go to

http://www.scansoft.com/ for info-the new version 7 is $99 but you

can find it cheaper & the older version works well.
