Ian,

If I am outside working in the yard I know I have over done it because my

feet are numb and my hands go somewhat numb. I have been told to go ahead and

work out there. But not for long periods of time. Work some, sit and relax

some and go back to it. The numbness is caused by over doing it. And the hands

and sometimes feet reach a point of exhaustion. So now I putz out there,

after a time I head for the table and chairs under the umbrella, read a book,

sip

a beverage and take some time out, then get up and go again. I was surprised

how a little 10 minute break or so can make that much of a difference for me.

Heck now, I can sometimes stay out there all day by taking little breaks.
